Both platforms share the same management, office location, and data systems, but function as distinct services with separate branding and similar operations. This data is never shared publicly and is only used internally to maintain standards, safety, and driver incentives.
10. App Permissions
Both Gamride & Gamride Pro apps may request the following permissions:

- Microphone: For voice calls between driver and passenger

You may manage permissions at any time via your phone settings.

- Wallet balances may reflect across both apps (if linked under same user account)
- Shared customer and driver databases for admin management

Users are notified if data is reused between platforms.
12. Fraud Prevention & Safety

- Abnormal ride frequency alerts

When you use referral codes:

24. Third-Party Login/SSO
If you sign in using a third-party provider (e.g., Google, Facebook, Apple):

28. Data Access for Fleet Operators
If your rides are assigned through a fleet operator or group account:

- You may switch operators or accounts with written approval
Fleet-level data is governed by additional contracts.
29. Account Deactivation & Data Retention
After you close your account:
- Personal data is archived securely for 90 days
- After that, it is deleted or anonymized
- Legal exceptions apply (fraud, ongoing investigations, chargebacks)
Users can reactivate accounts within the 90-day grace period.
30. Cross-Brand Identity
If you use both Gamride and Gamride Pro apps:
- Your login, identity, and contact details may be unified
- Wallet balances and rewards may sync (if same account/email)
- Preferences like notifications or contact settings will mirror across both apps
This allows seamless cross-brand access and support.
31. Administrative Access
Our admin team may access limited user data for:
- Account setup or edits

- Bulk changes (e.g., zone transfers, fleet assignments)
All administrative activity is logged and reviewed for compliance.
32. Audit Trails & Logs
Every ride, wallet action, login, or sensitive request is logged with a timestamp and IP address. This data is used to:

You hereby release "Gamride (standard rides) and Gamride Pro (on demand app-controlled rides)" TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC., its officers, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way, connected with any disputes arising between you and any suppliers, or between you and other App or Website users. You assume all responsibility and risk concerning your use of the app. The app is available "as is,” and "as available”. You understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and endorsements, express or implied, about the site, including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. (Together with our subsidiaries and Affiliates, "Gamride and its premium service Gamride Pro,” "we,” "our,” and "us”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you with information regarding the collection, use, sharing, and disclosing of personal data that we receive from you when you visit or otherwise use www.gamride.com or any other web pages or materials that we operate, including our mobile app, and which link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also explains how you can exercise any privacy rights that are conferred to you by your jurisdiction of residence. Capitalized terms not defined in this 'Terms and Condition' have the meaning outlined in the Gamride and Gamride Pro use of terms.
In no event, under no legal or equitable theory (whether tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise), shall we or any of our respective employees, directors, officers, agents, or affiliates, be liable hereunder or otherwise for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from the app, the use of the app or our agreement with you concerning the app.

Our services are not directed to children. If you are under the age of 16 you are not permitted to use both Gamride and Gamride Pro platforms. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at help@gamride.com or info@gamridepro.com. If we notice that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible and terminate the child’s account.
- I confirm that my child’s utilization of the services is entirely voluntary and I accept all risks involved therein. Accordingly, Gamride Transportation Services INC, and its Director(s), Management, employees/staff members, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered by me (to my person or property) or my child as a result, directly or indirectly, of utilizing the services of Gamride and its premium service, Gamride Pro Transportation INC, and its Director(s), Management, employees, staff members, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage (including indirect or consequential loss and/or damage) arising therefrom.
- I hereby indemnify and hold Gamride and its premium service Gamride Pro Transportation Services INC, and its Director(s), Management, employees/staff members, representatives, and agents harmless against all liabilities, claims, losses, and damages of whatsoever nature which Gamride and its premium service Gamride Pro Transportation Services INC and/or any employee and/or any other person may sustain as a result, directly or indirectly, of having made the activities available to my child and/or of my child utilizing the services, where such claims, losses and damages are caused by me or my child’s negligent or willful act or omission.
- I hereby assume all of the risks of utilizing the services of Gamride and its premium service Gamride Pro Transportation INC, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.
- In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
- I waive, release, and discharge from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, The following entities or persons: Gamride and its premium service Gamride Pro Transportation Services and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
- Indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph for any liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
- I acknowledge that "Gamride (standard rides) and Gamride Pro (on demand app-controlled rides)"Transportation Services INC and its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are not responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.
- I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present in volunteers.
- I understand while utilizing the services of Gamride Transportation Services INC, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
- The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
I certify that I have read this document and I fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability.

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the License) sets the terms of use of Gamride for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the Program) and is signed by any person using the Program in The Gambia (hereinafter referred to as the User) Gamride, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC, authorized to grant the rights to use the Program (hereinafter referred to as the right holder).
1.2. By copying the Program, installing it on its mobile device, or using the Program in any way, the User expresses its full and unconditional consent to all terms and conditions of the License.
1.3. It is permitted to use the Program only under the terms and conditions of this License. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of the License in full, the User may not use the Program for any purpose. It is prohibited to use the Program in violation of (failing to fulfill) any of the terms and conditions of the License.
1.4. The Program can be used by the user under the terms and conditions of this License for personal non-commercial purposes free of charge. It is only possible to use the Program under terms and in ways not covered by this License based on a separate agreement with the Right Holder.
1.5. When using the Program, you agree that the following document forms an integral part of this License for the Program:
- Gamride and its premium platform Gamride Pro will use your Personal Information to provide the Gamride / Gamride Pro Services. For example, if you have a Gamride / Gamride Pro Account, Gamride / Gamride Pro will use your Personal Information in connection with your transactions with Gamride / Gamride Pro Merchants, including to (i) process payments for purchases from Gamride / Gamride Pro Merchants; (ii) verify your identity to approve transactions, and monitor your online behavior to identify potentially fraudulent, prohibited or illegal transactions (including through the use of automated decision making technologies); (iii) communicate with you about your purchases, e.g. to provide shipping and returns updates; and (iv) to personalize your shopping experience with Bolt Merchants. When registering on our mobile app, your existing Gamride / Gamride Pro Account (as applicable), will be linked to your app profile.
- For Administrative Purposes. Gamride and Gamride Pro may use your Personal Information for our administrative purposes, including (i) to respond to your questions, comments, and other requests for customer support, technical support, or information, including information about potential or future services; (ii) to send you an SMS login code; (iii) to provide you access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of the Gamride and Gamride Pro Services; (iv) for internal quality control purposes; (v) if you have a Gamride / Gamride Pro Account or Merchant Account, to communicate with you about your Gamride / Gamride Pro account and the Services, including by sending emails to the email address you provide to us to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, or system maintenance, and changes to Gamride / Gamride Pro platforms policies; (vi) to enforce our agreements; and (vii) to generally administer the Gamride and Gamride Pro Services.
